Job Description:
We are an expanding international premium food brand
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
- Analyze the store’s performance and deliver on KPI’s
-Full ownership of the store’s P&L
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Forecast and build effective schedules
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management in a food and beverage setting, with a strong understanding of store operations.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays,
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide exceptional service.
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems and other retail software.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
