ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees breeder service technicians.
- Maintains company vaccination program and monitors bird health for optimal performance.
- Maintains competitive performance benchmarked against AgriStats comparisons.
- Interfaces with growers for compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- Produces quality live breeders under the direction of the breeder manager and Pilgrim's.
- Ensures all animal welfare programs are enforced.
- Provides training and a positive environment designed to motivate field personnel.
- Provides positive interaction with growers to build constructive relationships between growers and PPC.
- Maintains safety programs.
- Manages the upgrades of breeder housing to comply with company specifications/standards.
EDUCATION:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a poultry science or related field.

EXPERIENCE: - Typically requires greater than 2 up to 5 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
