QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills including good oral and written communication.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Results oriented. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with SAP and/or Kronos with proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Bilingual skills highly preferred. (English/Spanish)
- Prior experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- s upervises the day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at assigned location.
- Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs at the location to ensure these programs are in line with corporate programs.
- Responsible for maintaining multiple reports tracking open jobs, employee job bids, employee qualification, and new hire reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy and procedures Handle confidential Human Resources information.
- Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP, Kronos, and or JSAs.
- Handle all onboarding paperwork and maintain all employee files.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.
- Data entry and maintain several HR/Training reports.
- Assist HR staff with various clerical/administrative duties as needed including filing as needed.
- Cross train on all HR functions.
- All other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager .
