Responsibilities
Mechanical Designer Responsibilities
- Analyzes customer specifications and related data to determine design impact
- Develop mechanical systems and associated drawings
- Modify/check designs to correct operating deficiencies, standard compliance and/or reduce production problems
- Prepares and checks bills of material for completeness components and assemblies
- Prepares Engineering Orders, Change Notices, and other engineering documentation
- Investigates engineering design/production problems and initiates appropriate action
Teamcenter Administrator Responsibilities
- First point of contact for Teamcenter problem resolution.
- Provide training to new users
- Administration of Teamcenter licenses, installation, configuration, and deployment.
- Create training and documentation for best practices.
- Support various user issues like TC client setup, connection issues, data and process lock issues, TC-NX integration issues, import/export issues.
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Creativity to solve customers’ problems
- Knowledge of Y14.3 Design Standards
- Ability to work in a diverse team
- AA or equivalent with 8-10 years’ experience, BS with 5 years’ design experience

Familiar with the following:
- AutoCAD
- ERP systems (Syteline, SAP, Infor LN)
