JC Machine, Inc. (JCMI) is a manufacturing facility located in Lakeland, Florida. Originally founded in 1967 as Creasy Company, we primarily manufactured small precision components for the phosphate and chemical industries. Today, as a third generation family owned corporation, JC Machine has grown to support the aerospace, defense, firearm, oil and gas, medical, robotic, electronic, food packaging, bottling, chemical and phosphate industries. Our Team is comprised of highly skilled members who specialize in the manufacturing and finishing of close tolerance machined components and assemblies from all types of materials including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, composites and exotic alloys. Responsibilities:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Assist in payroll calculations and input
Human Resources
Invoicing
Bank deposits
Basic Bookkeeping functions
Additional tasks assigned by Management
Experience/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Proficient in QuickBooks required (Desktop a plus)
4 years in a Bookkeeping/Office Management role required
