The Sales Assistant-Estimator will work closely with suppliers and vendors to request quotes for material and create detailed cost estimates.

The Sales Assistant-Estimator will work closely with suppliers and vendors to request quotes for material and create detailed cost estimates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and analyze blueprints, specifications and related documents.
- Download and print plans.
- Take-off quantities from drawings.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding bid clarifications.
- Follow up on bid status.
- Other duties as needed.
- College Degree preferred
- 2 years experience with sales estimating/bidding.
- Understanding and reading blueprints.
- Experience in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong Math and Communication skills.
- Able to lift 25lbs.
- Experience in Countertops: Stone, Quartz, Marble and Laminate preferred.
