Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our wireless products and services. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products and services
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling wireless products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in wireless sales or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
- Ability to learn technical details about products and effectively communicate them to customers
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
