Duties include:

• Accommodating fixed-schedule (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
• Accurate billing of New/Pre-owned vehicles
• Ensure Titling of vehicles is completed in timely and accurate manner
• Submit Contract Payoffs to appropriate institutions
• Deal Funding
• NVDR/Incentives in compliance with manufacturer requirements
• Other minor Admin duties, as directed

Requirements/experience:

• Dealership experience is preferred, but not required
• CDK experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform light office duties as needed
• Familiarity with basic computer systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc..)
• Self-motivated and able to accomplish daily tasks without supervision
• Excellent communication skills
