Role And Responsibilities

2 years of experience in forklift operation is highly preferred but not required
Must pass the JELD-WEN Forklift Test both written and hands on.

Work with production lines in stocking material to support the schedule

Follow all safety procedures when operating the forklift
Communicate needed overtime with you manager on a frequent basis
Maintain a clean and orderly forklift at all times, completing forklift inspections

Cycle Count designated area daily using an iPad

Participate in Quarterly wall to wall Physical Inventory

Support Other Departments With Forklifting As Required

Offload trailers with materials and handle packing slip appropriately
Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas, lean principles.
