JenningStephenson, P.C. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Survey Project Manager to join their team of dedicated survey professionals. The successful candidate will oversee a variety of challenging projects including Boundary surveys, ALTAs, Easement/ Right-of-Way Surveys, Topographic surveys, GPS control surveys, design surveys, and construction layout.
This position offers an opportunity for potential ownership for the ideal candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Writing proposals, project budgets, and marketing to clients
- Scheduling survey crews and office staff
- Performing control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying.
- Conducting online and courthouse research
- Mentoring field staff and survey technicians
- Compiling and organizing daily project field data
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in the Surveying field
- Solid client relationship management experience
- Familiarity with construction staking, boundary survey, and topographic mapping
- Advanced computer skills including experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson software
- Proficiency with RTK GPS and Robotic Total Stations
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying preferred but not required
- PLS certification a plus
