Job description
JENNMAR Services, a staffing company specializing in employee placement for the energy industry, is currently seeking Onsite Office Manager/Recruiter for the Craig Colorado area.This are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available.
Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities for Onsite Office Manager/Recruiter:
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicant to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Responsible for finding, screening and hiring candidates.
· Sourcing candidates: Using online channels, social media, and employment forums
- Coordinating the interview process
Job Requirements for Onsite Office Manager/Recruiter:
- Candidates should have 1 year of related experience in recruiting or HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative.
- Time Management.
- Administrative Experience
- Organizational skills to manage all job duties
- Adaptability to ever changing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, and background check.

All duties and responsibilities must be conducted in a safe, clean and productive manner. It is a requirement to comply with all Health and Safety requirements established by JENNMAR Services.
Schedule
Early Morning 6:00am to 2:00pm M-F
Compensation of the Manager/Recruiter
$32.00 DOE
