Capital Ford of Charlotte is currently seeking an experienced full time Automotive Business Development Representative Manager. Responsibilities
- Oversee training and supervision of service BDC employees
- Answer basic questions about processes and customer service issues
- Monitor the call queue to ensure all calls are answered
- Assign tasks to all employees; assistant manager, supervisor, team leads and members
- Oversee the employee’s efficiency with working inbound and outbound calls
- Oversee distribution of daily outbound calls
- Make staff adjustments, structural changes, and schedules to correlates with business growth
- Maintain outbound requirements specific to each store
- Make quarterly store visits and maintain healthy relationships
Requirements
- Prior Manager experience with BDC dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self- motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Must Pass Background Check, Drug screening, have current/valid driver’s license
