GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Role Mission:
Shift Leaders at __________________ (dba Jersey Mike’s) will work the front counter, be
responsible for customer service, make sandwiches, interact with customers and co-workers on a continual basis, and complete other tasks associated with operations (potentially with opening and closing) at a higher level. The expectation of any employee is to uphold the highest level of all of Jersey Mike’s operational standards.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED/REQUIRED)
0-1 year experience in food service (preferred)
0-1 year experience in cash handling (preferred)
Prior leadership/shift leader experience (preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent of the position performs constant vigorous physical tasks requiring long
periods of standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting, all generally involving
moderate muscular strain in addition to seeing, hearing, and talking. Safely using all
store food preparation equipment for long periods with the required application of eye,
hand and finger dexterity. Must be able to lift and carry up to at least fifty (50) pounds
unassisted. Periodic local travel required in normal course of job performance.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
