Basic Function
Manage the Order Fulfillment department facilitating daily retail, demo, and loan transactions. Focus on efficient and accurate processing with consistent interdepartmental communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the complete life cycle of a transaction
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing orders
- Receiving in new orders from the factory.
- Create work orders for sales, demos, and loaners.
- Collaborate with multiple departments during assembly
- Verify products are ready for shipment and schedule
- Track and report out transaction status as it proceeds through the process
- Manage all order changes
- Coordinate delivery of Equipment, attachments, etc.
- Resolve any concerns that arise within the order fulfillment process and assist with upfitting questions.
- Create and manage sold, demo and loan equipment contracts and delivery paperwork
- Disseminate the complete transaction to the appropriate departments promptly and accurately, assist as necessary.
- Work and communicate closely with the Pricing Desk, Asset Management, Rental, Receiving, Service, Parts, and Sales departments to track and manage the transaction timelines
- Consistently follow up and assist to ensure timely ordering of goods, assembly, and delivery to the end user.
- Assist in Audits
- Additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Degree preferred or related experience
- Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch etc.
- Ability to stand and walk for continuous periods.
