- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Contribute to the design and development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Perform API testing to validate system functionality and integration points.
- Utilize tools like Selenium and JIRA to streamline the testing process and track issues.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues, providing detailed reports for resolution.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of experience in QA engineering roles
- Solid proficiency in Selenium for automated testing
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
