Klarus Personal Care is looking for a competent Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of employees. The staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and candidates. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Requirements:Qualifications
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- 0-2 years experience within the field
- Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High School diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Respond to phone and online inquiries regarding hiring, set up interviews/orientations
- Communicate effectively with the Administrator and departments with employee issues
- Assist the Administrator in preparing for audits or surveys
- Work with HR Department and maintain personnel files as needed to ensure we are “survey ready” at all times
Salary : $18 - $20
