JEVS is looking for a full-time person to join our HR Department as an HR Assistant.
This role, located in our headquarters office in Rittenhouse Square - Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days each week on-site and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as receptionist for our headquarters office during in-office days
- Assist the talent acquisition team and training & development team with job postings and new employee orientation
- Respond to employment verifications requests.
- Facilitate the administration of Reward & Recognition program.
- Process received checks with accounts receivable/finance & handling departmental invoices
- High school education or equivalent plus three years work experience.
- Solid computer skills including Word and Excel. Type 60 w.p.m.
- Good communication skills and tactful, pleasant demeanor.
- Well organized and able to prioritize.
- Must be capable of working with confidential and sensitive information.

The base pay for this position ranges from $15 to $19 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
