SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Program Sales Managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide daily direction on work expectations to Program Sales Managers
- Be the escalation point for complex Program Sales questions that require resolution
- Responsible for the necessary training to onboard and continue to develop Program Sales Managers
- Manage and exceed service expectations with inbound service calls
- Manage and exceed outbound sales call expectations
- Manage and improve effectiveness of jeweler and agency sales calls
- Generate Program Sales metrics and provide results and analysis to Sr Mgr, Sales Distribution in order to inform business decisions
- Maintain effective business relationships with agency business partners
- Lead projects and initiatives internally that lead to process and sales efficiencies
- Develop program sales involvement of JM Risk Services which may include direct jeweler sales leading to the progress of a future JMRS role
- Travel to industry events as necessary(approximately 10%)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
- Must have five years of related work experience
- Previous sales management experience preferred
- Must have experience with client interaction and relationship development
