Job Specific:
- Full cycle recruitment (screen, source, schedule, interview, and exit interviewing)
- New hire onboarding and orientation (NEO), new hire 30-day check-in’s, manage new hire introductory period (evaluations & check-in’s)
- Plan, coordinate, and promote employee engagement events and employee recognition programs
- Organize and assist with annual and introductory performance evaluations, tracking and review with program/departments
- Assist HR and staff with attendance, payroll, benefits, and general inquiries. Assist with HRIS upkeep, as well as work towards resolving any discrepancies with Human Resources & Payroll
- Assist with leave of absences and worker compensation
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
