Security Operations Coordinator

The Jewish Federation of St. Louis is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will answer directly to the Director Community Security (DCS). This person will manage proprietary security operations with the assistance of the DCS.

Requirements for the Security Operations at Jewish Federation of St. Louis:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 5 years experience in a responsible for similar functions;
• 5 year of progressively responsible experience in law enforcement, operations management, event management or information management and policy administration;
• Strong proficiency with technology and a demonstrate ability to leverage data and technology to make strategic decisions;
• Ability to research and perform threat analysis;
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities for the Security Operations Coordinator at Jewish Federation of St. Louis:

• Improving organizational capacity in safety, security and crisis management in conjunction with the Director of Community Security;
• Facilitating community-wide coordination in response to potential crisis while supporting management with continuous information;
• Coordinating with internal and external security and emergency services lawn enforcement personnel when required;
• Acting as Director Community Security when DCS is unavailability;
• Maintaining Security Management Templates;
• Managing communications including but not limited to case logs;
• Providing administrative support to Director Community Security
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
