Primary Responsibilities (Position Summary):

  • Perform architectural design tasks for a wide variety of projects
  • Prepare construction documents, specifications, drawings, and cost estimates
  • Collaborate within the Architecture team and other disciplines
  • Conduct site-visits during design and construction; generate field reports and sketches
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Provide design oversight and QA/QC for assigned projects

Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Architecture
  • Registered Architect
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD
  • Comprehensive understanding of full architectural services
  • Working knowledge of current International Building Codes
  • Hunger to learn, grow, and work with excellence.
  • Active listener and problem solver.
  • Team-oriented
