Summary:
Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. By allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive needs and services, they help increase sales and build loyalty. The CSA is a Service Technician who has successfully completed the CSA certification program through Jiffy Lube University. Bonus potential available!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating a positive guest experience
- Provide service recommendations, ensuring completion of quality workmanship communicate to the guest any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
- Understanding the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services
- Accurately capturing guests product needs and providing updates throughout the entire process
- Offering our guests options that are tailored specifically to their automotive needs
- Giving impartial advice to ensure that our guests are aware of manufacturer recommendations
- Servicing oil and filters
- Checking vehicle fluids
- Inspecting vehicle wiper blades
- Face-to-face interaction with guests
- Take initiative to increase sales, improve store profitability
- Guide teammates
- Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are clean and well maintained
Requirements:
- Two Years experience in customer service role
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment while multi-tasking to achieve desired outcome
- Be able to lift over 50 pounds
- Be able to bend, stoop, reach and crawl
- Can stand for extended period of times and climb stairs
