Our company currently has 2 General Manager openings. One is located in Ponca City, Oklahoma and the other is located in our new Siloam Springs, Arkansas location. The expected start date for the Siloam Springs location will be in October 2022. The Ponca City location is available to start now. Jiffy Trip is a fast growing Convenience Store chain with 26 locations in Oklahoma and our new stores opening soon in Arkansas. Come and grow with our company!
The General Manager is responsible for building a strong team of employees who have the main focus of exceeding customer expectations. The General Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in retail or a convenience store environment. They will have the passion to train, coach and engage team members and they are able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities to drive performance and accomplish store/company goals!

Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience with progressive management experience preferred; Retail or convenience store background preferred
Skills: Computer skills, Financial Management, Customer focus, Performance Mgmt, Leadership, Strong Communication skills, ability to operate electronic cash register and other convenience store equipment
