Job Responsibilities
This position will handle or assist others with the following duties (to name a few) :
Answering In-Bound and making Out-Bound Phone Calls and Text Messages
Collection & Processing of payments / paperwork from customers (drop off & pickup)
Waiting room being customer ready tend to coffee machine and waiting room cleanliness
Assist with requesting service surveys and maintaining high scores
