As a Shift Leader (PIC) you will help with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, executing fast, accurate sandwiches, helping to keep the restaurant clean, and training and supervising your team.
Essential Functions Include:
· Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
· Seek ways to improve guest satisfaction by understanding and exceeding guest expectations, resolving guest issues, and developing and maintaining guest relationships.
· Train, supervise, and assist team members as necessary.
· Ensure orders are made fast, accurately, and consistent while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
· Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.
· Comply with all food, safety, sanitation, and security guidelines.
· Operate POS while adhering to all cash handling policies efficiently and with integrity.
· Operate food preparation machinery.
· Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
· Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
· Perform other related duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in retail, customer service, fast-food, or other related fields.
· Strong leadership skills that contribute to overall team performance and understand how their role relates to others.
· Positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude with guests and team members
· Ability to thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
· Learn and execute multiple tasks
· Operate with integrity, demonstrate honesty, treat others with respect, and keep commitments.
Job Type:
In-person, Full-Time
Expected Hours: 35-45 per week
Shifts: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift, Weekends Required
