We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our team at Jimmy John's! As a key member of our in-shop team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our stores run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Product and Service Standards: Ensure our customers receive top-notch products and services that exceed their expectations.
• Foster Teamwork: Collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer and Store Experience: Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact, and execute quality store operations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Operate Food Preparation Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate food preparation equipment to meet customer demands.
• Adhere to Food, Safety, and Security Guidelines: Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Requirements:

• Age: Minimum age is 14 years old; 16-17 year olds available for all shifts; 18 for all positions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft software and register skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts.
• Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.
