Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to open and or close the store( no late nights)
- Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 10 employees
- Provides on-the-job training for new employees
- Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Completes Closing Procedures. Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
- One year of foodservice experience preferred. Previous Jimmy John's experience highly desirable.
