Job Posting for VP of Restaurant Marketing at JINYA Holdings, Inc.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and participate in the overall branding and corporate identity initiatives of our brand and its restaurant concepts
Develop and implement marketing plans including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects. Identify the customer base and their current and future needs; monitor the competition. Create compelling and effective marketing strategies, copy and content that is consistent with the brand voice.
Negotiate all annual renewals.
Oversee the smooth transition of Quarterly LTO and New Menu. Ensuring that the website, OLO and 3rd party has been updated.
Responsible for all Social Media posts and collaboration. Including creating copy and creative content.
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; and implement directives
Develop and manage marketing budgets. Monitor costs and budgets. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans.
Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives. Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events.
Work with Franchise Sales team and other departments on brand initiatives
Support new store openings with marketing needs, including outreach to local businesses, chamber of commerce, local media, local influencers. Create a buzz-worthy Grand Opening Marketing Plan.
Manage agency partners, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers including contract negotiations and management. Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supervise and manage the Marketing team. Responsible for hiring, training, workloads, schedules and meeting deadlines. Develop the staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
Spearhead efforts to increase SEO visibility. Possible overview of Company’s website and/or email marketing program to provide analytics review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
