Synergy Recruiting has opportunities for entrepreneurial sales and/or recruiting professionals to join our team as we continue to grow our Chicago area office. This fast-paced, full-desk recruiting position includes identifying top talent, creating a talent pool and working with business leaders and hiring managers as you manage the hiring process (including the interview process, negotiations and offers). Potential candidates should have strong leadership skills, be creative thinkers, like a good challenge, expect bottom line results, have strong attention to detail and big picture potential. Only those with a strong track record for closing deals should express interest.
Overview:
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for developing new sales in an assigned territory and recruiting for direct hire and temp to hire openings.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiating pricing and payment terms with potential new clients looking to use our staffing services
Qualifying potential new business for the JIT branches
Consistently set meetings with potential new clients via cold calling, in person or over the phone.
Submitting weekly activity reports to the management team
Generating promotional materials for weekly marketing initiatives
Utilizing company software programs in order to maintain and track leads and current client information
Preparing material for business meetings; conducting and leading professional business meetings with top executive personnel
Ensure client satisfaction via routine check-ins and quarterly reviews
Work closely with the operations and branches within their territory to ensure alignment.
Is key in finding new clients and selling them on all Synergy Recruiting services available.
Involve traveling to local customers and between branches (Bensenville, IL and South Elgin, IL) weekly.
Provide paid training.
Qualifications:
BS or BA degree preferred
Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ideal candidate will be technically knowledgeable with a minimum of 5 years in light industrial or manufacturing sales in the staffing industry
Prior Outside Sales/Business Development experience required; Staffing/Recruiting Industry preferred
Documented history of successful performance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Experience in building a territory will be key
Aptitude for technology - experience with various ATS software products as well as Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
