What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at JLL?
This is a remote position but we are looking for someone in the East or Central region of the US.
Overview:
Reporting into the Global Account Executive the North America (NAM) Account Executive will lead the strategic delivery of outsourced IFM services within the client's portfolio which encompasses commercial, manufacturing, R&D and logistic space. The NAM Account Executive is accountable for developing and implementing the strategic plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy, progressive long-term partnership. The NAM lead will create and lead high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence, but keeps employees engaged and thriving. Emphasis should be on being securing trusted advisor status with the client, continuous focus on change management and transforming the overall client experience through positive partnership. Key focus required on enabling the firm's strategy and goals to translate those into the business opportunities.
Key Execution
Executes the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring the client objectives and interests are met.
Provide leadership, vision and guidance to the operations, engineering, maintenance, utility, and manufacturing support services functions (as appropriate)
Develops, manages, and implements Voice of the Customer (VOC) to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring alignment.
Understand the client's key business drivers; focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with deliverables.
Manage strategic alignment, risk management and overall delivery success of transformation of account to support client initiatives.
Responds to any client issues in an expedient and professional demeanor.
Drives high quality results and service delivery through KPI performance which exceed the client's expectations.
Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
Knows how to effectively structure, staff and manage projects and teams to ensure there is clarity of expectation, timely execution, corrective action when needed and successful outcomes.
Hire and retain top talent; improve team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition.
Embody the firm's values and core behaviors of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
Advances the firm's diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e., hiring, rotation, and promotion and succession planning for themselves and leadership team.

Financial Targets
Effectively manage P&L to exceed plan.
Retain all current business lines and meet growth targets beyond existing product lines or geography.
Ensure your team actively participates in benchmarking to validate performance against peers and to actively pursue improvement opportunities.
Support JLL Sourcing Team on all Sourcing Initiatives;implement all service level changes and/or supplier transitions as required.
Employee Management
Provide superior employee management to all direct reports.
Actively develop leadership members, prepare them for roles with increased responsibilities, provide for or recommend promotional opportunities for top performers.
Maintain an effective succession plan for yourself and all team members.
Recognize success of the team and the individual using appropriate recognition and rewards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar post-graduate degree preferred.
15 years of leadership experience with majority being within Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.Preferred experience managing facilities in GMP environments.
Exceptional client focus and ability to exceed expectations early.
Results driven- ability to ensure execution and drive targeted results.
People Leadership: ability to influence others, engage and inspire proactive collaboration, build talent, communicate effectively, and build relationships.
