Currently, we are seeking a Clerk to join our Corp Solutions team US900 in Washington, DC.
Given the complexities of facility management in today’s global marketplace, more companies are partnering with Jones Lang LaSalle Integrated Facility Management (IFM) team to streamline their operations and manage real estate goals and objectives. JLL is undergoing rapid change and a high comfort level with learning new technologies is essential.
Essential Functions:
Sort Incoming Mail.
Deliver and pick up mail and packages 3 times a day.
Assist with sending out mass mailings when needed.
Lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
Operate palm pilot or tracking device to track all signed mail and packages.
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to meet customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Monitor Service Level Agreements to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.
Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team.
have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
and other duties as assigned
Other Personal Characteristics and Skills:
Excellent communications skills.
Computer skills specifically word processing and data entry.
Ability to learn quickly
Must be able to work quickly with hand and have good hand/eye coordination
Self-motivated; confident & energetic
Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness
Open to new ideas & willing to challenge status quo.
Minimum Required Education/Experience:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-2 years of mailroom experience or working in an office environment
