Precinct Technologies Manager

What this job involves:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Precinct Technology Manager to join our team based on site at Barangaroo working across five Premium Grade commercial assets. You will be responsible for assisting the National Building Technology Manager by overseeing and managing the technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

A snapshot of the role:

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good practices in relation to maintenance of the of the
• Implementation and maintenance of planned preventative maintenance and other information databases
• Ongoing management of all relative specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works
• Assisting tenants, stakeholders and the property management teams with training and the use of applications and systems
• Assist to prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets and monitor and update budgets on a quarterly basis

• Proficient in Building Management Systems software
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT or related field
• Previous experience within commercial building management will be highly regarded
• A positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations
