We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project and Development Services team. Our team's priorities are:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for supporting high-profile, dynamic commercial real estate design and construction projects. Being forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies and contribute to efficient processes is key to the impact you will have in this role. You are accountable, collaborative and demonstrate enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas in a team environment. You are organized, proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of the team regarding data accuracy, reporting, and project management related technology. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering industry changing projects. We'll expect you to act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume remote environment. Most importantly, you'll want to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team.
Job Responsibilities
Support assigned projects financially and administratively throughout the project's lifecycle with a focus on data accuracy throughout the project life cycle (Initiate, Plan, Design, Construct and Project Close)
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all JLL and client project management technology as required for assigned projects
Proactively manage project-related issues while escalating in a timely manner
Provide project management support in accordance with the guidelines and requirements established by the Project Management Office (PMO)
Utilize JLL technology to support account related metrics involving schedule and financial performance, data integrity, procurement and compliance
Ensure all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance and/or account finance team
Review and processing of project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices within financial system
Attend program and project calls to support assigned projects
Ensure adherence to vendor agreements as it relates to fees and process
Assist vendor and client with questions on purchase orders and invoicing
Identify best practices, process improvements and opportunities to support project delivery and operations
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Highly organized with strict adherence to deadlines
Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
Minimum Education and Experience
2 years practical experience in a project administration/accounting position
Experience related to construction project management is preferred, experience supporting commercial real estate professionals in any sector is a plus
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred
