Essential Functions/Summary of Responsibilities
Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the team and the client.
Greet and direct all visitors accordingly, providing the necessary orientation to all visitors, employees and contractors.
Provide security badges for visitors and regular employees via the SOP.
Participate in Facility programs with an expectation to continue learning and grow as a professional.
Perform clerical or administrative duties as needed, such as: assisting with filing and database systems and other related office support duties.
Support the Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator for JLL on clerical matter.
Respond to basic client and general enquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate parties.
Maintains a clean, organize and safe workspace.
Comply with all the policies and procedures of JLL and client facility.
Desired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
2 years of experience as a Receptionist
Strong communication skill in both English and Spanish, at all levels of the organization
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines
Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills
