Job DescriptionThe Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is at an inflection point. The technological disruptions that have already transformed retail, travel, and transportation industries have been slower to emerge in CRE, but they are coming at full speed. We are scaling our recruiting operation to support our plans for explosive growth in JLLT. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering amazing experiences for candidates, hiring managers and every stakeholder involved in the search. You will have the opportunity to engage with experts and industry thought-leaders in recruitment operations, recruitment marketing and scaling hyper-growth technology companies. This is a remote position open to anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
Own the execution of processes for candidate scheduling, interview loop execution, and post-offer/pre-start onboarding processes.
Partner with recruiters and operations team members to deliver excellent experiences across the full cycle of talent acquisition touchpoints, for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Participate continuous improvement activities (led by global head of JLLT TA) that drive operational efficiency through process iteration, automation and stakeholder enablement.
Experience:
1 years of experience in a coordinator role within Talent Acquisition or HR teams.
Proficiency with productivity tools: Power user of MS Office esp. Outlook and Excel, enterprise ATS and/or HRIS, SaaS scheduling/calendaring tools.
Demonstrated passion for delivering amazing customer experience through operational excellence and strategic approach.
Proven experience delivering high-touch experience within high-volume, cross-functional and transactional environment.
Experience with project management or change management activities is highly preferred
