The Welcome Host is responsible for delivering a memorable visitor and colleague experience each day through engagement, proactive communication and exceptional customer service.

The Welcome hosts will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery and operations, including programs that enable integrated hospitality focused service. The hosts will provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous first impressions to guests and visitors while proactively anticipating the needs of our visitors and guests.
Our Welcome host team ensures a seamless consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint.

What this job involves:
Visitor Engagement
Provide a memorable and exceptional welcome experience to all visitors, assisting our visitors and colleagues, delivering moments that matter
Support our visitors and colleagues, with getting into the workplace and carry out their day, while delivering a passionate and inspired service and experience
Deliver an effortless service approach allowing flexibility for each colleague and visitor
Provide an frictionless experience catered to each individuals situation, whether they require a speedy or a more enhanced service
Welcome, register, and assist visitors and colleagues in compliance with client security policies while delivering a human-centric approach aiding in a tailored approach
Aid in creation of an environment that establishes our clients as the workplace of choice that others look to emulate
Liaise with the colleague to ensure a visitor is received up in a timely manner while making the visitor feel welcome and comfortable
Help, guide and provide support to all colleagues and visitors by providing directional support on-site
Respond to inquiries from internal and external visitors regarding such information as: locations of buildings, local services and local amenity information
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Administrative Duties
Actioning email and workplace requests
Maintain safety and hygiene procedures of the welcome area
Administer workplace policies (clean desk, appropriate use of space, etc.)
Handle basic inquiries and issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
Act calmly and professionally in emergency situations, ensuring visitor safety and following established safety protocols
Additional duties as assigned by Experience Services Leader
Hours of Operation
Role is required for 40 hours per week
Main business hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Standard shifts will range between 7am-4pm
Desk coverage requirements may change
Overtime or extra shifts are dependent upon business levels
Experience
Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience is preferred
1 - 3 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related profession
