HR ASSISTANT
Seeking an HR Assistant to provide support to the overall delivery of human resources services to our organization. Maintain personnel files, assist with benefit administration, open/sort mail, follow up on required documentation for new employees and open enrollment activities, and maintain bulletin boards. The HR Assistant is responsible for day to day clerical and administrative support of the Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance. Completes tasks assigned and coordinated by the Director of Human Resources. Works at the front desk both as part of the ongoing schedule in conjunction with other HR colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
· Administrative duties for the VP of HR and Compliance
· Reception duties
· Recruitment and Onboarding clerical duties
· Benefits Coordination
· Absence Management
· HR records management
Requirements:
· Associates Degree and 1-2 years related office experience;
· high school diploma and more extensive experience may be considered;
· sensitivity to and ability to maintain confidential information;
· experience with Microsoft Office software;
· ability to maintain and manage data with accuracy;
· strong verbal and written communication skills;
· excellent organization and time management skills;
· attention to detail.
