JMJ Talent Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to serve as Bell Ringers during the holiday season. Bell Ringers play a crucial role in our Red Kettle Campaign, which raises funds to support the organization's programs and services. Working as a bell ringer at the Salvation Army provides an opportunity to contribute to a noble cause and engage with the community during the holiday season. It is a seasonal position and pay structures may vary depending on the location and local regulations.

- Physical Stamina: Bell ringers may need to stand for extended periods, so physical endurance is important.

Primary Duties Include:
- Bell Ringing: Stand or sit near a Salvation Army red kettle and ring a bell to attract the attention of passersby. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere to encourage donations.
- Greet and Thank Donors: Engage with shoppers and donors politely and express gratitude for their contributions to the Salvation Army.
- Distribute Information: Provide information about the Salvation Army's mission, programs, and services to interested individuals.
- Handle Donations Securely: Safely handle and secure donations in the red kettle to prevent theft or loss.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the area around the red kettle is clean and organized, including picking up any litter or debris.
- Adhere to Dress Code: Dress appropriately and according to the Salvation Army's guidelines, typically including wearing a provided uniform or badge.
