Maintenance Coordinator

This will be a full-time position, salary, Monday-Friday, and paid biweekly with additional bonuses and flexible time off. Wait, really? Did we mention that there's a Starbucks in our building?

Salary is negotiable.

• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff

• Follow up with tenants and vendors regularly to ensure completion of work orders and customer satisfaction
• Assign and coordinate vendors to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
• Review existing vendors, and add new vendors to our portfolio as needed

• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software

• Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must.

• Have a positive/no-excuse attitude with a strong ability to adapt to change

What are some of the additional qualifications?

• A valid Driver's License is a must, as you may drive to different properties to coordinate vendors and ensure project/work order completion.
