What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at JMK?

This will be a full-time position, salary, Monday-Friday, and paid biweekly with additional bonuses and flexible time off. Wait, really? Did we mention that there's a Starbucks in our building?

Salary is negotiable.
- Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
- Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
- Follow up with tenants and vendors regularly to ensure completion of work orders and customer satisfaction
- Assign and coordinate vendors to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Review existing vendors, and add new vendors to our portfolio as needed
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
- Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
- Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must.

- A valid Driver's License is a must, as you may drive to different properties to coordinate vendors and ensure project/work order completion.
