Job Responsibilities

• eCommerce Data Analyst to support developing business insights, reporting, and recommendations for improving the customer journey and conversion rate on Samsung.com
  
• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify gaps and drop points in the experience
• Benchmark performance against other eCommerce sites and identify industry best practices to recommend areas of improvement
• Develop executive-level reports based on deep data analysis with clear recommendations and expected improvement based on those actions
• Contribute to mid-term and long-term business opportunity identification by understanding the consumer needs and trends from internal and external data.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and dashboards to working level and senior executives to understand performance and trends for key KPIs
• Provide other Data PM teams and Data Engineering requirements for underlying data needs to support analysis and insight development
• Stay closely aligned with business stakeholders to understand needs and key business challenges to proactively define analyses to support the teams

Who You Are

• Experience in data analytics, process improvement, customer feedback management, or similar data driven improvement experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Adobe Analytics
• High competence/comfort with generating and evaluating queries
• Advanced skills with MS Excel
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards (or similar platforms [Power BI, Domo, etc.])
• Experience with Python, R, SAS, Hadoop (Hive, Pig), or similar systems a plus
• Experience using enterprise CX platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or InMoment, similar
• Analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
• Experience with business process design/improvement, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications (business framework and wireframe design, technical and QA documentation)
• Experience to interact with IT teams (internal and external partners) to foster better data/system understanding, sourcing, flow, etc
• Bachelor’s computer science, statistics, math or a similar field (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
