Job Description

YRCI does not enforce a vaccination requirement for our employees. For client-site positions, Federal agencies may request information regarding the vaccination status of selected applicants for the purposes of implementing other workplace safety protocols, such as protocols related to masking, physical distancing, testing, travel, and quarantine.

Provide Call Center support by performing the following:

  • Answer over 800 plus incoming calls and 1000 plus Remedy tickets monthly. 
  • Responsible for electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF), CHRIS and HRConnect issues, various audits throughout the year, conducting webTA training, advising on webTA related issues and guidance.
Job Requirements
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience supporting an Office of Human Resources (OHR) within the Federal government is required.
    • Experience includes staffing, benefits, processing, records management, etc.
  • Experience with the National Finance Center’s (NFC) payroll system is highly preferred.
  • A high school diploma/GED is required and a college degree is preferred.
