Position overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Staffing Industry Recruiter with a background in high-volume and skilled recruiting. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! You’ll play a key role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for light industrial roles in temporary, seasonal, and temp-to-perm capacities.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, email, virtual platforms, or in person.
- Coordinate next steps with clients and hiring managers.
- Track recruiting progress and metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Participate in team huddles, meetings, and training sessions.
- Build relationships and assist with training and onboarding new staff.
- Ensure professionalism in all interactions with clients and candidates.
- Communicate effectively with urgency and thorough follow-up.
- Maintain high productivity to meet client needs.
- Become a super user of company tools and train new staff on product rollouts.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of high-volume and skilled recruiting experience
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus!)
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
