The Account Executive will play a strategic and integral role within the organizations Client Solutions Group supporting the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying and establishing client relationships to optimize the strategic RPO sales and growth plan. This is an outside sales role that drives revenue by soliciting and winning new RPO business and expanding to capture unrealized revenue opportunities with our existing clients.
Job Requirements & Essential Duties
- Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan to targeted companies
- Manages multiple sales pipelines simultaneously
- Grows high level relationships with Senior Executive prospects
- Creates short- and long-term action plans that support client strategies and organizational culture
- Manages long sales cycles requiring strategic follow-up with prospects to maintain ongoing relationships
- Assesses clients business needs, vision, and goals; aligns the RPO talent acquisition solutions with the clients business direction
- Interprets client requirements and articulates optimal and comprehensive solution recommendations, incorporating organizational best practices and leading industry trends to meet client-specific objectives.
- Provides support in the request for proposal/information (RFP/RFI) process
- Effectively presents solutions that represent the value proposition to all levels of client stakeholders
- Develops & maintains Revenue Plan in conjunction with the Director of Client Solutions
- Stays abreast of industry/market information and trends to ensure the development of optimal best in class solutions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Sales experience engaging with senior executives/leaders in a quota driven and goal-oriented environment with record of superior personal achievement
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage credibly and build trust with the top decision-makers
- Prior experience with a web-based, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application is preferred; experience with HubSpot and Bullhorn is a plus
- Department P&L management ideal
- Demonstrated professional presentation style and demeanor with a high-level attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret metrics and drive results
- Represents endevis professionally and with integrity in all business settings
Travel Requirements
- Up to 30% local travel within assigned territory.
Working Arrangements
- Must be able to communicate, converse with, and exchange information frequently during the workday via phone, in-person, and virtual platforms.
- Must be comfortable with in-person meetings, establishing relationships not only on virtual platforms but onsite client meetings
- Hybrid model remote work acceptable
