What’s The Mission
Under the direct supervision of the JobNimbus Professional Services Department, this position provides Consulting, Sales, and Training to JobNimbus Customers. The Growth Coach will report directly to the Chief Growth Coach.
What You’ll be Doing
In this role you will lead the way in teaching contractors how to be heroes. You will partner with JobNimbus Logos, Sales, Growth Services and Customer Support to sell services and products to new and existing JobNimbus customers. From time to time you will travel.
- Conduct outbound calls in getting new leads and taking outbound calls
- Travel from time to time conducting onsite training with clients at trade shows, JN Headquarter webinars, training sessions, etc.
- Enter data information into proper software as needed to track results of each potential customer
- Provide industry experience based on the logo needs and set up the logo’s JN account
- Maintain the sales quoted to help the Professional Services department hit goals
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Create and maintain helpful company resources for its team members
- Create and share surveys, tests and forms with employees and clients
- Assist managers with developing pieces of training for employees and clients
