Mission:
Lower customer churn through effective group product training.
What You'll Be Doing:
Improve the health-score of VSB and SMB accounts
Create tools to enable a better tech touch experience for our VSB logos
Own JobNimbus Academy LMS
Report on department key metrics - in particular VSB health scores and CSAT
Facilitate new product feature launches VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training) to ensure product adoption
Collaborate with the instructional designer to develop accurate training content
Own the VSB onboarding VILT experience
Collaborate with the Sales leadership and Onboarding leadership to ensure VSB and Silver accounts adopt software
Collaborate with Instructional designer to design training resources for logos to use while on the job
Influence churn through product training
Create video training content for the knowledge base and toolbox
