We are actively seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Permanent Account Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to drive the success of our clients and our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving business growth. This individual will play a key role in our team by providing high-level strategic guidance to both our clients and our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Account Executive, your primary duties will include:
1. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
2. Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
4. Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet and exceed customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth objectives.
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
7. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
8. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
9. Preparing reports on account status and presenting to the management team.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Account Executive role will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an Account Executive, or in a similar role, within the marketing industry.
2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
3. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
4. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
5. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
9. Deep digital experience, with a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
10. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous value of our product(s) and services.
