Job Details

- Conduct reviews of general ledger accounts and prepare/adjust journal entries as necessary.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
- Reconcile intercompany general ledger accounts.
- Maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Support accounts payable by coding invoices and processing check runs.
- Manage accounts receivable by overseeing the aging report and collections activities.
- Require 3 years of experience.
- Strongly prefer a degree.
- 100% on-site work.
- Experience with Sage or SAP is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
