Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

The Architect / Designer will be responsible for developing construction documents and specifications for architectural projects. The Architect will work directly with our clients, stakeholders, and several key business units.
Must be a Licensed Professional Architect in Nebraska, Kansas, or Iowa.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Design and manage tasks, including drawing, report development, design calculations, technical report writing and presentations.
- Work directly with clients, contractors, and consultants at all project stages.
- Collaborate with team members, other disciplines, and external parties to ensure an integrated design.
- Ensure all work carried out complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the high standard expected.
- Continually innovate and introduce efficiency improvements in executed tasks.
- Stay updated with industry developments and tools and provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Architect in Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software.
- Proven track record of project management and design experience.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles and techniques.
- High level of creativity, imagination, and vision.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Experience with sustainable design is a plus.
