We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of family law cases, including divorce, paternity, adoption, emancipation, and other legal issues. This role demands a highly proficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual who is prepared to prioritize client care and uphold the highest standards of legal service.

Responsibilities

As a Family Law Attorney, your primary duties will include

• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, responses, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to avoid court proceedings.
• Collaborating with our legal team to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to family law.
• Ensuring all client information is kept confidential and secure.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a commitment to the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Managing a full caseload while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients by providing top-tier legal advice and assistance.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice.
• Exceptional knowledge of family law and court procedures.
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
