Job Details
This individual has stronger interest in managing or working with the technical aspects of projects as opposed to overall staff or project management roles performed by the Lead Automation Engineer and may focus on and develop expertise around technologies or applications.
- Plan and direct work and manage a project budget form and discipline design perspective on large complex projects required
- Project Manager to proposal development, man-hour planning, project scheduling for the discipline scope of work on intermediate level projects.
- Advanced experience conducting and leading field surveys of existing conditions and support of field reporting
- Identify and resolve intermediate non-compliant existing conditions during site walks and construction field surveys
- Develop intermediate internal discipline design and engineering training presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in discipline specific degree (ARE, ChemE, ME or EE)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience for Senior position, preferably in a design firm setting
- Professional Registration
- ISA Certified Automation Professional Certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred
- Advanced knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
- Advanced experience with performing instrumentation and controls engineering calculations, and developing and implementing instrumentation and control system design
- Advanced with implementing fundamental design aspects of control system schematics, panel fabrication drawings, field wiring plans design preferred
